So I think its pretty safe to say, jewelry and rings have become the biggest obsession of anything I could wear. I love so many types and brands, but something unique, badass, or something that could double as a weapon are my favorites. I always love to come across new brands and designers, and every now and then you just find that awesome new line!

Anyways take a look at this designer I came across way back in December at a craft fair, soo many amazinggg pieces! I loved everything even the layout of her corner in the craft fair was the best, I really wish I would have taken a picture. If my wallet would have allowed it I seriously would have bought every piece, but for now I smash piggy banks until I can start collecting some of these bad boys.

So awesome right?

All Black

Not going to lie, I've always been drawn to black and grey, so I always love an all black outfit, Rachel always rocks simple outfits so well. Of course this all black ensemble is 10x better than most with that Burberry jacket. If I had to choose one item from spring 2011 it definitely would have been a Burberry jacket, too bad I dont have that decision to make.

Catching up

I feel as though I have so much catching up to do for everything, being still sick, yes I know, still!! Its left me very behind as I've been neglecting things and just sleeping, and taking every possible remedy I can think of. Im feeling positive I might finally be on the mend. I will be trying to get back to some more frequent posts, theres definitely stuff I've been wanting to post for some time now.

But right now my mind is also troubled on Japan, for days this has been all I can think about, its hard to wrap your thoughts around something so terrible and tragic, and I just feel so sad for these people, and it's also just put a fear into me that living on the west coast of BC I could so easily be in that same situation at any moment, my thoughts are with everyone there right now.

Purple Fever

I dont always like purple, and Im sometimes unsure about Abbey Lee in photos, but theres no doubt that this photo is so captivating! And I love the purple here!

How was everyones weekend? We had snow! I waited all winter for snow and hardly got any, now that Im finally ready for spring we get snow. Oh and Im sick again, sounds like a broken record no? I find it amazing I can get sick this often.

Wilfred S/S 11

Midterms are finally over! Now I can hopefully relax a couple of weeks before the second round of midterms rolls around. I've gotten so wrapped up in school the past few weeks I really havent gotten a chance to see any of the new Fall 2011 collections, any faves so far that I need to see ASAP?

I thought Id share another couple spring items Im excited about, these new Spring 2011 jackets from Wilfred, perfect for that inbetween type weather. The first one is my favorite, love the quilty-ness of it and the little detailing on the shoulder which is somewhat hard to make out in these photos. I havent been into Aritzia to see any of the new spring collection, but Im already pretty sure Im going to get sucked into one of these jackets.

Little Birds

Hope you all had a good weekend, sad to see it go, last week was so hectic with multiple tests and projects and assignments all due it was nice to have a chill weekend! Too bad tommorow Im right back to it.

Next week sometime I've decided I really need to go out and check out some of the stores, I've been so excited to see some of the new spring items but really haven't gotten a chance. Theres so many things and colors Im excited for. One thing I already know is I want is all things sparrows! Or maybe just birds, Im not really sure if every bird outline I see is technically a sparrow, but for some reason I've really become obsessed with the idea of bird prints and jewelry. I blame it on Chanel.

I saw these photos on fashion gone rogue last week, and had to share! Theres just something so nice and relaxing about these photos, very appealing to me right now considering how exhausted I am from this week, I dont know why, but something made me sleep a good chunk of this day away, I guess you just need one of those recovery days once and awhile. I discovered these shoes awhile back and instantly fell in love! I love the simple structures yet they still seem so unique. Plus the first ones kind of remind me of a new version of the famous Balenciaga platform sandals made famous by who else? the Olsen twins!

I've been meaning to post these quite awhile ago but kind of forgot about them till I was sorting through my folders, so I thought Id still post them for those of you who never saw them, because theres something about these that I just lovee, Erin is such a classic!

Its getting to be that time of year again when Im starting to get really excited for the Spring season and all the new colours and things to wear. I really hate how the world of fashion gets me excited so damn early before winter is even half over, but it does, everytime! Im still not totally over winter though, I would still like a healthy dose of snow accompanied by a snow day!

So this past season I've really come to love circle scarves, or 'snoods' which I still dont really understand how they got their name, where does the 'n' come from? Wanting: Flowy Skirts

Hello all, I hope you had a good Christmas and have some exciting New Years Eve plans! My Christmas was okay, I woke up sick Christmas morning though, and I've had a cold ever since and can't seem to get rid of it. I feel like Im always saying Im sick, probably because I do seem to get sick every couple of months, its ridiculous! I have no immune system. It has been cold but its not like im running outside in shorts, trust me Im a bundled/layered person!

I guess its not practical that Im loving the sheer/flowy skirts right now, but lately I've been really drawn to them.

Free People, I know this skirt or dress isnt long and flowy.. but I just really liked it with the sweater, its kinda short and flowy-ish?

Normally I dont pay too much attention to Free People, but today I was looking around their site and liked a lot of what I saw, I guess what kept me away for so long is the prices.

I also bought a new ring, im thinking of it as a belated bday present for myself, I will definitely have to take pics within the next couple of days, man I cant believe 2010 is almost over..
