alice + olivia for Payless

Anyone seen these? They're pretty awesome, verging on ugly boots, my favorite kind it seems lately. I dont know if I would have the guts to wear these, mostly because they're patent, which Im not sure I could pull off, but I still think they could look pretty cool.

They also came in patent red.

Hmm so what do you guys think?

I love the boots, but I don't know how I would pull it off. Perhaps tights and skinny jeans can pull them off, they seem to go with everything :]

Well, I have to say I own these! I really love them. I wear them with everything from skinny jeans with a leather jacket, to black skinnys with a blazer and I always get tons of compliments on them. (They're very balenciaga to me)

They are SUPER high though. I'm always in heels and pride myself on being able to walk seamlessly in heels, but these were a slight challenge when I first wore them, but now I have no problem.

Also, at least for me, they are very comfortable for a couple hours but longer than that and the peep toe edges kinda press on your toes and it can get pretty painful. I wore them on a field trip a couple weeks ago and ended up with some bad blisters.

If you hold patent over a pot of water that is steaming the steam takes away the patent off the shoe :)
