The Boot Event

It's been lingering over me for awhile now, but my usual fall cold finally got me, pretty much ever year at this time I always seem to get a cold, sucks!

Anyways for all you other Canadians out there Winners has "The Boot Event" going on right now, yeah just what I need, more boots! I've become somewhat of a boot addict. But I found these boots and I totally coudn't resist the zippers! I just need help whether or not to keep them, I honestly would never part with these if they were black, but I have a pair of leather ankle boots in almost this exact shade, they were definitely not cheap for Winners either, $140.. I had store credit which made it better but still.. help me out readers.. to keep or not to keep!?

Latest Lust

Life has been so boring/stressful, so Im kind of sorry because I honestly have nothing too special to blog about.. my life is basically school, work right now =( Hopefully something more exciting will plop into my lap soon, Im also oddly excited from christmas already.. Anywayyys

Lately I've been seeing MK wear this ring a lot, and everytime I see her wearing it, my eyes go directly towards it. I've pretty much become obsessed, even though I find it looks somewhat creepy.. with the bump in it or something, I just want one.

Falling In the Snow

I know a lot of people out there are big fans of Agyness Deyn, personally, Im not one of them, I dont know why, I guess Im being pretty judgemental considering I've never met her, maybe shes really cool.. but as for her modeling.. it just doesn't do it for me.

But when I saw these photos, I still had to admit, I thought they were pretty cool.

I really like how in the last one it looks like shes in a snow tornado.

Retail Therapy

Okayy bad news, I went back to see if the black bag from below was still at the store.. it wasn't. Ahh Im so sad. I've been really busy with school the past week, but I think Im kinda getting used to it, so hopefully I can get in a little more blogging time. Yesterday, after my insanely early class, I went shopping. I went to Aritiza to see if the new stuff I saw online was in. Sadly.. it wasn't but I did find a nice cardigan, which the associate told me could be worn two ways.. who knew? And also a long top/dress.. I plan to wear as a dress anyway. Both Wilfred, I swear Im obsessed now, which isn't good because it's not exactly cheap!

I also went slightly boot crazy this past week or so, buying like.. three pairs? Yeah so bad I know, but I did return one pair and I am contemplating another.. I've just been going spend crazy and Im not happy with the dent its leaving in my account ;) I might post the deciding one tommorow just to see what you guys think. Im also eyeing some shoes at Aldo right now, so I have to take that into consideration. Anyways Im rambling on so take a look at some of the aldo shoes.. and sorry that they are so small!

Im really loving the first pair, with that chunky heel, they just have that ugly factor that make me like them even more...?

Wilfred

So I was checking out Aritizias website, which pretty much drives me crazy but I wanted to see some of the newer fall things. I discovered that Wilfred finally has a website! Wilfred is basically my favorite brand at aritizia, all the material is amazingly soft, and just has that slouchy comfy look to it. I still cant show pictures however because like aritizia, it has that stupid kind of website where you cant copy any images by right clicking, and I was much to lazy to go through the whole print screening process. But def check out the website because their stuff looks awesome. I do believe there is Aritiza in the US now too.
I also finally went to see what polyvore was all about today, and I have to say I love it! I have a feeling I will be having fun with this, and it seems pretty easy for me to grasp, I swear Im usually so lost and confused with these types of things, but those little tutorial videos are sheer brilliance.

Also I found a picture of that black bag I was pondering about last week or so. It also had a wonderfully lengthed shoulder strap, and when on had a nice slouchy appearance.. The Winners price was $250.. and the actual price on the tag I think was around.. 340? What do you think anyways? Although Im not sure it would even still be there..

The Wang Shebang

So this weekend basically sucked, Im not gonna lie haha, also not going to go into to much detail, other than work is seriously horrible right now. Ok now that thats all over with, let me just also say how completely jealous of the weekend Rumi had. Going to the Alexander Wang show would make my year, years more like it. Anyone care to tell me why a dank locker room smelling basement party appeals to me so much? Looking through Rumis pictures and style.com it looks like such a blast, Im kind of worried about myself that this sweat fest looks like the most fun thing ever!

Isabel Marant

Who doesnt love Isabel Marant? But there is def one common factor in here that I love, no not the boots, although I do love these as well. But Im talking about those tights/leggings whatever you like to call them. I love how sheer and comfy they look, so worn in looking already, almost looking ready to fall apart. It is lovee =) And Im soo searching for these for winter.

I started my new fall bag hunt today.. and almost bought this $250 black leather bag. Im a sucker for super buttery leather, I can resist, but I decided to hold off since it was pretty much my first day of looking and I was hoping for another color. My mom was quite horrified that I was willing to spend $250 on a bag, I guess I shouldn't tell her I would be willing to spend more for the perfect buttery soft bag, shh =P

School..

Ah yes, back to school, after four glorious months of being lazy, sleeping in, and generally doing whatever I want, I was feeling quite saddened getting back up uncomfortably earlier than I would have liked.. Tommorow will be worse though, much worse.. 6am worse.. Now that Im saying it again, all I can think is I need to get to sleep ASAP. Thankfully one of my prof's, seems pretty cool, so the day was not a complete bomb. I was all excited to get dressed up for my first day back, but honestly it was to early too leave much planning time, so I just wore some jeans and this new firey coral top I got, so blah I know, I couldnt even drudge up the energy of a necklace. Lets hope I can get used to this time change.

PS-Anyone watch the new 90210? Im already hooked its like OC meets Gossip Girl, whats not to love?
