Update!

I kinda forgot to mention that Im on a vacation, I've been in beautifulll Banff the past few days, doing all things outdoorsy and seeing all sorts of amazing sights and wildlife, many piks to share.

Im leaving now for my cabin which has no wifi or any kind of internet so I wont be posting anything till I get back. See you in a about a week =)

Summer has finally arrived..about time.. although I dont want to jynx it since it could go back to total crap in no time. Someone told me that Canadians talk about weather more than any other country, I dont know where their source was but I can very much believe it because we talk about weather a lot.. I know I do, Im always posting about it and complaing and such. But I refuse to complain about this scorching weather even though I feel gross after just coming out of the shower! Id much rather this than 12c rain in July. Also.. for a random note my bangs are totally pissing me off, you know that stage where you need a trim again and they just annoyingly dont sit right and feel all uncomfortable, I need a trim asap!

Im so sick of rain, especially in June it seems like thats all we've been getting with one day here and there of nice sun just to tease us. So in keep with the rain theme I saw this rainy editorial, I wish I looked this glam in the rain.

Iced Tea, Chains and Purple Princesses

Soo I decided technology hates me. Pretty much every electronic device I own has decided to test my patience lately, and let me tell you it doesnt take long before Im ready to throw the flimsy made items on the floor. My phone, camera, ipod and laptop have decided upon a full force combined attack lately *sigh*

Anyways, a couple of weeks ago I received this awesome hand chain from Leticia at LaDama! I've been wanting something like this forever, but haven't been able to find anything similar around Vancouver, it was a match made in cyberspace =) Big thanks again to Leticia!

I also bought this new nail polish, 'playfair' by opi, its kind of difficult to make out in the photo, taking self hand photos is a lot more awkward than I thought it would be. I was hoping for a light purple, but it turned out rather pearly and princessy, not my kinda thing. Oh well at least I got it at 50% off!

Long Weekend

I dont know what it is about the May long weekend but Im pretty sure it has had some sort of bad weather curse for as long as I can remember. I kind of feel like I should be getting back out my winter clothing, it really hasnt been gone for long anyways. Oh well its just nice to have a few days off and sleep in, how I miss sleep. Lots that I want to share, including a few recent purchases =)

But first, Mesh + Jeans = awesome? Who knew.. Helmut Lang apparently.

Round up

This past week has kind of flown by, before I know it Im completely neglecting my blog. In short summary, spent last week attempting to get back into shape, refraining from spending any money by avoiding mostly all stores, movies (iron man 2), haircut.. which for once in my life I actually kind of like, this stylist will be a keeper, and watching my hockey team get eliminated from the playoffs (nooo!). Anyways now Im kind of doing a little practicum for finishing up school. Im kind of dying because I have to get up at like 530am everyday, considering Im defnitely a night person this has been insanely difficult. My goal is to catch up on everything on the weekend, one busy weekend ahead!

Anyways I try to keep myself going through this long week by checking out some of my favorite sites, one being pixie market! I love looking through their site, they always have unique items and create nice and interesting looks, here are some of my faves as of late:

Looks like Im all about the nudes right now, btw whats up with the tails? What do you guys think about them? I personally find them kinda weird.. but I do like soft things so I dont know? Only faux tales would be acceptable.. but still, right now I dont see myself buying a tail.

Finally done with this semester of school, I've kind of been insanely lazy and sleeping in until 12, oh summer how I love you! Now if we could only get some weather that reasonably resembles summer.

So I've been on the search for some different than denim shorts as I mentioned before, I saw these few at Urban Outfitters that look promising, I hope that they have them in the stores.. I really want to see them in person just to make sure they dont look too Pajama-esque, so far though looking good!
